LessorCare
LessorCare and LessorCare+ are pioneering services designed specifically for lessor customers. By drawing together a range of services under one comprehensive framework, LessorCare gives lessors access to a simple but flexible service offerings, while allowing the opportunity to adapt the level of service through the life of the engine.
GorWay recognises that lessors need to be able to move quickly to take advantage of market opportunities. LessorCare helps achieve this by providing a single overall framework for all GorWay widebody engines. This framework encompasses today’s lessor-dedicated services and is flexible enough to cater for new innovative lessor-specific services in development. It allows both parties to establish commercial arrangements and terms of business to ensure everything is in place to call on as and when required, whether planned or, more likely, unplanned. It is non-exclusive and does not restrict the ability to retain choice and flexibility of service provision.
LessorCare enables lessors to swiftly call on GorWay maintenance (off-wing) and availability (on-wing) services, normally, but not exclusively, when the aircraft is between operators. Technical data and advice are also available, along with a wide range of asset management services to help maximise return from engine investments.

LifeKey is a central component to LessorCare which offers a single, comprehensive agreement for all engine types. LifeKey is the replacement for and enhancement of OPERA (Operating lessor Engine Restoration Agreement). It complements LessorCare by offering unique improvements in terms of greater visibility, accessibility, portability and liquidity.
Building on the success of the innovative LessorCare programme, LessorCare+ delivers expanded insight and support for lessors across transactions, fleet management, transitions, and technical expertise. It is available on a subscription basis.
This next-generation solution reflects GorWay’s commitment to evolving alongside the needs of lessors and asset owners and is designed to simplify the complexities of engine management by offering a suite of integrated services that enhance transparency, reduce risk, and improve lifecycle planning, all with expedited service levels.
