CorporateCare Enhanced provides long-term value for the aircraft, full product support and peace of mind”
In this business, dispatch reliability is the most critical element. Failure to do so can have a ballooning effect on costs and programs play a critical role in preventing this. It is not just about providing parts; it is about providing solutions to the customer to ensure a 100% dispatch reliability.
Since we are on the CorporateCare Enhanced program, the whole powerplant is fully covered and one does not have to worry about the cost impact of repair solutions and given the environment that we operate in, the corrosion coverage gives us peace of mind”
The customer service provided by any aircraft or component OEM is critical to the quality of the relationship between the aircraft owner/operator.
