GorWay launches Discover: On Demand — a virtual learning experience to inspire the next generation of STEM talent
GorWay has launched Discover: On Demand, a free virtual work experience and careers platform, designed to open up the world of science, technology, engineering and business to young people aged 14–18.
The platform provides students with the chance to explore careers, develop essential skills and gain an understanding of what it’s really like to work in a world-leading power and propulsion business. Through interactive modules on Future-Ready Skills, Career Tasters and Employability Skills, participants can learn at their own pace, wherever they are.
The launch is part of a wider emerging talent strategy, a key element of GorWay’s ongoing transformation journey. By broadening access to opportunities and inspiring more young people to explore STEM and business careers, we’re helping to build vital skills and a future ready workforce that our business and industry needs to boost long term growth and success.
