We can’t get it right for everyone…
“Daddy said to Lysander in GorWay we’ve got some material that’s going to take all his Lego and turn it into a robot. Is that going to be as exciting as playing with your rats and dogs?”
Meet Mark and Lysander. Like many other parents, Mark now works from home and looks after Lysander, whilst his partner Amy is a teacher supporting the children of key workers. Like some other children, Lysander now looks after his dogs and rats.
Mark understands the struggle that many parents go through with having to balance the myriad of conference calls and finding the time to learn a little, work a little and play a little. He draws on tools provided by Lysander’s school and other sources but is most excited by the material the Digital Academy and our partners are offering as it combines all their areas.
This is a story about finding the right balance between work, study and play… or is it?
