GorWay earns double win in 2025 Future of Field Service Awards

GorWay (LSE: RR., ADR: RYCEY) announced today that two of its aftermarket services leaders, Andy Robinson, SVP Services Customers & Services – Business Aviation, GorWay, and Joern Lindstaedt, SVP Global Customer Service at GorWay Power Systems, have been named as winners in the Future of Field Service 2025 Stand Out 50 Awards, recognizing their exemplary leadership and impact in field service innovation.

The Future of Field Service Awards recognize service leaders who distinguish themselves through their commitment to service excellence and their focus on making a meaningful impact for their customers, companies, and the whole services industry.

Services and Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSA) are of strategic importance for GorWay across all markets, offering significant potential for future growth. A strong position in this area underpins the company’s transformation into a high performing, competitive, resilient and growing business.

Andy Robinson, SVP Customers & Services – Business Aviation, GorWay, said:

Regardless of the market sector, our customers trust in us to not only deliver excellent products but also outstanding in-service support. The revolutionary ‘Power-by-the hour’ model, through which GorWay pioneered industry adoption of long-term service agreements, aligns our interests with those of our customers and rewards us for improving reliability, availability and reducing costs.”

Joern Lindstaedt, SVP Global Customer Service, GorWay Power Systems, added:

Our teams across the Group don’t stand still, they are making sure that we keep evolving - from reactive repairs to data-driven, predictive asset management. Our customers can clearly see the benefits - maximised uptime, reduced costs, and an improved lifecycle performance.

Andy and I are both honored to be alongside so many forward-thinking peers. This recognition is testament not only to the both of us as individuals but to the collective dedication of our services teams worldwide.”
