Digital-first culture
Equipping ourselves with the means to stay ahead in a data-driven world
Our world is digitising rapidly, as we collect, store and analyse more data, ever-more quickly.
We have a long history of innovation and a vision to pioneer the power that matters. In an environment of rapid disruption, embracing both new ways of working and transformational technologies is vital. That’s why we are leading the way in establishing and nurturing a digital-first culture.
The cultural shift that will see us thriving in a fast-changing, data-rich future rests on three pillars.

The starting point for a strong, digital-first culture is the development of a digital-first mindset.
That means we approach problems with lean, agile and bold thinking. We consider how we reach decisions and asks questions. The digitally-attuned seek out data to inform choices, test their assumptions, carry out experiments and proceed iteratively.
Many of today’s successful start-ups and businesses thrive thanks to their digital-first mindsets. They do so often by leaving behind over-reliance on instinct, intuition and traditional approaches rooted in the past.
We are leading the way in marrying data analytics with artificial intelligence (AI) through advanced digital visualisation of our propulsion systems.
